is on the top of my home page and i cant login to the admin area......

please help!!!

Have you followed the upgrade instructions?
Have all of the files been copied via FTP correctly?

yes. i have fixed the admin but it still says Notice: Constant HTTP_SERVER already defined in /home/hobbypit/public_html/store/index.php on line 54

i am working it out slowly.....thank you for you assistance as any is good right now......i have no one to help me...
