Slideshow image cache error

Good day
May I please have help regarding this error for Opencart 3.0.2.0. The is a small icon on the top left of my slideshow and it is causing this error. I tried clearing the the Theme cache and the SASS then refreshed the modifications even deleted the images in the cache folder. The website I am referring to is https://usaam.co.za. Please inspect the home page where the slideshow is. The console shows an error that the slideshow images as well as the cache images cannot be found yet it is working. Please help.
