add some features to my store

I need to add some features to my store. I have opencart v3.02.0 with journal3 theme so Can you help me to choose suitable extensions?

Features that I want :
1- Disable Add to Cart when stock is out.
2- Register/log in using social networks.
3- Send reminders to customers who added products to the cart and did not complete the purchase.
4- Send an SMS when the customer completes the order.
5- Change the template of an invoice.

Well, how much are you willing to pay for such an extended Journal Theme related Support ? ;)
Better mention that, to avoid confusion ... :D It should have been published in the commercial
Section in the first Place ...

Your descriptions are good search google

(this I am sure you will find free whether for Journal - you will have to do the work yourself and ask)
