VAT issues - please advise

Hello guys,

Thanks to some of your advises I have managed to solve some problems with my opencart 3.0.36
I have set it up and I am advancing. I now have a problem and I don't know it it a browser issue of the opencart.

I have tried to create 3 groups so I have
Psychical Persons
Companies that pay VAT
Companies that do not pay VAT

I have renounced as I understand the logic behind it but I could not figure it out so I dropped it..
But since I have messed with those groups and TAX Rates and TAX C lases.. I have a new problem

1. in Chrome I can see the BIG price With TAX and SMALL price Without VAT even if I am logged in or out.. - which is great...
2. In Firefox the both Prices are shown twice but without VAT - which I don't want
3. in Opera just like in Chrome. - which is good/

I want to show both prices Both with TAX and without TAX

I tried to clear out the cache already a few times. I have deleted the additional groups Companies that pay VAT and the Companies that do not pay VAT .
I now have only Psychical Persons and prices should show the big price with VAT the small one without.

Also I'd love to make the EX. TAX price a little bigger just slightly under the size of the Big Price with TAX

Do you have some advice for me please?

Firefox was OK for me. Have you tried clearing your cookies?

I was thinking about it now..

update.. before the cookies after a restart
1. IF I am logged out I can see the VAT !...
2. IF I log in I see prices without vat ... (

I don't know if it has anything to do with this but i have realized I have two HTAcces files in two different locations>
1 in root directory
2 in public_html

The have very different content

what's wrong with this term?
IT is a fiscal term in English and it refers to a Client that has no "fiscal" status.
I am sorry if that term is offensive to you in any way. I was trying to describe my situation.

Psychical Persons... It's mean in English: Persons with mental problems...

better if you use maybe Physical Persons
