php opencart programmer wanted

Good morning, I found a graphics application relating to product customization, which is already active for different platforms and will soon be active for opencart as well. (I'm willing to pay a good programmer because I don't want to wait for the official version https://www.lumise.com/platforms  )
it's written in Php so I'm looking for someone who can install it in opencart and maybe customize it. ..The only change compared to Lumise, I want the colors to be in CMYK and not RGB, the customer will be able to save his work on our site after registration, he will not be able to download the file.
After completing the order, the file will be sent to the site or to an email to be customized in admin.

I use Opencart 3.0.2.0 I have some mods installed and I use the original theme.
I have no idea how many hours it takes, you have to indicate it to me, thanks.

As an alternative to customise.com, I recently discovered this application (https://www.knowband.com/opencart-product-customization) is good, the only changes that I would like are:
CYMK colors
Files sent to the administrator from the front in vector format.
install two non-Google fonts.
Would you also like to have a blank sheet as a basis in which the customer sets his shape and size?
P.Š. similar to https://www.knowband.com/opencart-product-customization there are, you see which you prefer to modify, the characteristics are as indicated first.
