arabic front/backend for journal

dears please i install the latest version of opencart and install. journal theme successfully and everything is ok
i need to add arabic language to opencart interface without install full arabic version from scratch if there is any ocmod extension where i can install and working directly or any other way to install the arabic language please it is urgent
