Need a help for specific category list display

HI team,
I am using opecart 3.0.3.3
I want to have a category list that shows count of the products on the category and when click the category, it displays product under the category list
it's weekly base, but can go next or prev by click.

example)

menu category1 menu category2 menu category3 menu category4 menu category5 menu category6


Go Prev < 05/21(Mon) 05/22( Tue) 05/23( Wed) 05/24( Thu) 05/25( Fri) 05/26( Sat) 05/26(Sun) > Go Next

When clicked (10) of sub cat1, displays products available on that date clicked under the category list table(weekly display) as shown bleow
product1, date available, time, price, address, contact(msg, call)
product2, date available, time, price, address, contact(msg, call)
product3, date available, time, price, address, contact(msg, call)
product4, date available, time, price, address, contact(msg, call)
product5, date available, time, price, address, contact(msg, call)
product6, date available, time, price, address, contact(msg, call)

When click product1, displays product1 in detail including picture and comments, star rating, review commnets, etc.
