I just noticed if the tittle is too long that it messed up the way the original oc 3 theme works on mobile devices.

I just check in one of my OC 2 stores and its the same issue there, so I am pretty confident this is a bug in both OC 2 and OC 3 and not do to any of my modules or modifications
PS for the time being I just installed a modification which removes product title form Breadcrumbs and its fine now

Don't create too long titles for products, it's a good practice. Otherwise you may use CSS to limit the title placeholder's width or cut it right in the code before displaying.

It does happen in the default OC3 - I had a look but it will require quite a bit of CSS fiddling so I suggest you pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum if you really do need it fixed.
