Calculator: Food quantity based on given weight

Hi,

I am looking for a dev, who can do the job. I will use the calculator in OC 2.3.0.2. and later in the future on 3.x.x.x. version with running Journal theme:

- simple food calculator which can be placed on product description or blog post site

On calculator there must be three options:
Option 1:
- I enter my weight and calculator must show how much would be the daily intake of a food supplement

Option 2:
- same thing but different formula and calculation

Option 3:
- I enter my weight and calculatior must show how much would be the daily intake of two food supplements combined
