We are a small business selling printed t-shirts, and custom designed t-shirts for special events etc.
There is something about my site I feel that doesn't have that "Official" look.
Please share your honest feedback.

Well, nobody knows probably knows, what you mean with 'official look',
it's one of those Journal Themes, very heavy on Code, low on performance
and without much 'Emotion-building' impact on Visitors, as I assume ...
Is that 'honest' enough ?

Not really helpful feedback to be honest, as your have only commented on the Journal Theme, that appears you don't seem to be a fan of
. Anything in particular I could change on my site, that isn't theme related? I will work on the speed optimization as the score you shown was pretty low.
Well, how and why should I be Fan of such a weird Theme Construction ? 
It's sure not an ideological statement, it's only taxed from the technical
point of view. If something requires that huge amount of Code, to present
a simple Page, it's just contrary to any Designer logic. Just don't take it
personal, it's not meant that way, you have been asking for an impression ...
