Hi All

not sure if this is an opencart of journal theme question but the currency button only shows on a desktop screen.
This is leading customers to all pay in US$ which is frustrating and time consuming to resolve. Any help greatly appreciated.
I have opencart 3.031, Journal Theme 3

So, what is the actual issue on this incident request? Is there anything that you could show to forum supporters?

Well, the Currency Section (among others) are hidden in Mobile View, because
there is no room left, to display them. You could check that very complicated
Stylesheet file, to possibly find the place, where the 'hidden' command exists,
but since you use a Custom Journal Theme, I assume, that no-one around here
will tell you. Better ask Journal Support, but they will tell you the same, I guess

you have 158 occurrences of "currency" in your html source, mostly inline css definitions, good luck with that.

It's unbelievable, how complicated that Journal Stylesheet has been coded

Looking at the code it seems there's a desktop and mobile header and simply the mobile one does not contain the currency selector.

You would have to get Journal to add it, or pay a developer to do it.

If Journal won't do it you could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.

Thanks for the input people. I did find that the currency link does appear on mobile screens, its at the top of the sub menu. Not easy to find but nice to know its there.
I may have to look at getting a plug in that will set country currency based on IP address. That should solve the problem.
Many thanks to all that commented
Cheers
