Front page don't load after migration to a new host

Hello everyone,

I cloned my website to a new host and when I clear the cache I can't access the front page.
I use Journal 3 and Lightning on 3.0.3.1 version and I moved from cPanel host to a Plesk host.
The admin works fine, but the frontpage just load forever and return with a error, at first always got "Allowed memory size of x bytes exhausted" so I put 10GB avaliable and the error was solved, and later was the 504 timeout, but I put the 6000 seconds and this error don't show anymore... now just load for a LOT time and show the "503" error, but don't show nothing in the server error log.
I already deleted ALL modifications and disabled and removed lightning and Journal, nothing seems to work, the only way to see the front page is if I clear the modifications cache and don't refresh it, when I do this I can see the front page and navigate in the store, I really don't know what to do anymore and I'm almost making a fresh opencart and installing everything again, sadly I have a lot extensions and a lot adjustments I made in the last years and I really wanted to solve this.

Things that I already did:
1. Permissions 0755 for the folders
2. Deleted storage/cache/, image/cache/ and /vqcache
3. Sent the original storage folder and deleted the old one

Nothing works, I hope someone can help me with ideas on how I can solve this

Not the best choice to move from cPanel to Plesk. Rather remaining with cPanel would of been the best option even though you'd have to switch host in this case.

503 error messages should show in the server access logs. I would suggest to look into those logs.

Deleted all modifications; did you also refreshed the SAAS and developer cache as per the FAQ: viewtopic.php?f=134&t=215776#p718325 ?

6000 seconds, not elaborated. More information is needed.

As for not refreshing the cache, you are either trying to edit the files manually from your modifications folder and refresh the cache which will revert to the previous state or you're experiencing issues with pragma cache.

In the end, better to test Opencart as a fresh installation and see, from there, if the server cache is responding well with the new host.

Don't use Journal, don't use Plesk, both terrible pieces of software.
