Where can I find the quantity buttons from the "View cart" page?

Using opencart 3 + journal 3.

I can't seem to find the right template file where this quantity layout can be edited. I've found all the rest of the views where I changed how these quantity buttons look and act for the product page/homepage products widget/ finish order page, but for this page where you view your shopping cart content I just can't find it.

I found the controller which seems to be catalog/controller/common/cart.php which renders the view common/cart.twig, but this file only seem to contain the cart in the navigation bar at the top, not the actual shopping cart displayed on this page.

So where can I find these quantity buttons + the input for this domain.com/index.php?route=checkout/cart page?

One of them probably is but you probably haven't cleared your caches after modifying:
