[SOLVED] - OC 3.0.3.2 checkout form text NOT editing from language file

OC 3.0.3.2 last version fresh install , hi all , i need to edit text in all places in checkout form, but when try to edit from ENG and BG language file nothing change. try it to clear cash in browser, in OC in all that you can think !!! i am old player in OC from 1.5 version but can not find reason WHY CAN NOT CHANGE TEXT in fields ?
in other language files all text make change instant, but only here is not possible. can some one tell me what i need to do in controller files or else to make OC load new text in ENG and BG language ?? best regards to all users and programmers

hi mate. this that you talk about is not solution. i found a wrong path in design of pages in checkout section. from install path added in checkout section
is >>>> checkout/& . that is why can not found language file. corect path must be checkout/checkout
and works. thank you very mach
check all paths because i found and other that is not correct from install script and this is not good for all customers and/or admins
