Need help to track down checkout issue 3.0.3.2

Hello! My website is jandberries.com, which I set up and configured myself, but I've had intermittent complaints from customers about not being able to check out since I went live in August - one customer recently attempted to register an account but it gave her an error that both both email addresses she tried were invalid (they weren't, and I was able to register the account for her), two recently stating that when they click checkout, it "does nothing." One was willing to do a little bit of troubleshooting with me and clearing her browser allowed her to move forward but I can't expect every customer to attempt that.

I am looking for a recommendation for someone who can help get this running properly, as I'm not seeing any errors and have not been able to reproduce the issues. While I am comfortable making small adjustments to code, this is beyond me. I will pay for help!
