Hey There, is there any kind person who can help me with a design feature on my website
i have made an example off the design in photoshop to show what i mean.

add to your stylesheet.css
body {
background-image: url(http://xxx/image/catalog/theme/xxx.png);
background-size: cover;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}
.product-thumb.transition {
background-color: #fff; /* THIS IS SO IT DOES NOT SHOW IMAGE THROUGH - you will need to do this in a few places by using right click on the appropriate selector relevant to the page on your site */
}
As for the links to the footer
you add the image to your catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/footer.tpl
and add some css to place it where you want it (float:left and float:right;)
This does that at more, its very useful.

I may have misunderstood you .. I think you mean to move the footer down ..
