Issue with autocomplete feature while adding new product in OC 3.0.2

Hi everyone,
I am facing this issue for quite some time in my OC 3.0.2 site.
While adding attributes or links or manufacturer for new products, the autocompletion is not working.
And most of the times I am not able to add the attributes or links.
I have tried to search for the possible problem, but couldn't find anything useful.

I am new to the forum, and I hope you could help me with the issue.

That will be really helpful of you guys.
I personally like to work on opencart. But these kind of issues are demotivating me and making me have second thoughts about choosing opencart again.
I do hope you could save me.

Thanks for the reply.
I am facing this issue in all sections which are having autocomplete feature Like attributes, links, options, manufacturers, categories etc.
Even when I type the names of attributes or categories and select them from dropdown, they just don't get added or don't even get selected most of the times.

I have made a video for the issue, as I thought it should explain the problem more clearly.

Have you got the solution for this I am also getting facing the same problem

Have one of you ever checked the developer console - F12 ?
And which Browser is used - the Video shows something like Chrome ..
