after install custom shortcodes extension get problem

Hi, I am a new opencart user and after install a custom shortcodes extension. I find this one is not compatable my ver 3.0.2.0. Immediately i find the some menu is missing included settings, user, design on system, modification on extensions. I try to uninstall the custom shortcodes (customshortcodes.ocmod.zip) but I can't. Can someone help me to solve this problem. Thanks

Menu > Modifications
1. Simply disable that extension
2. Check that extension and REFRESH (top right blue button)

If the extension has also files which are copied on the server, you may want to remove them also (manual via FTP).

The modification is disappeared as well. How to delete the extension files by manually. And where they are?

Simply by opening your FTP-Client, or opening your server panel (e.g. CPanel, Plesk), navigate to the Filebrowser and delete.

Simply have a look inside the xml-file of the extension (look for If you are not sure what and how to do, better hire an experienced developer!

finially, I reinstall all the opencart. But thanks for your help in this matter. But do you know the shortcodes extension can support v3

Actually I need to hide the extra products information before customer login. After search the forum that shortcodes can do this but it don't support v 3.0
Is that any other way can make this function.
