Search Meta Tag Keywords instead of Product Tags

I'm aware this may seem pointless,
but I would like to search in Meta Tag Keywords instead of Product Tags.

Can I do this this? What would I need to replace here, catalog/model/catalog/product.php

It's complicated, I'll try to summarise. The meta tag keywords are configured differently and I actually need to adjust them more for this to work, but first I need to know how I can replace the tag search with a meta tag search.

I don't want to alter the Product Tags, so I figured that I can alter meta tag keywords instead and then the meta tags will be used for the search I want, but visitors will still see the product tags unaltered.

Just to let you know the meta tags are based on my products tags, this has nothing to do with seo. This is entirely about creating a better search without altering the product tags.

Search in oc 1.5 is to say it gently very bad.
customers using search function very rarely find what they are looking for.
so to optimize search, you need to enter all possible search phrases in your product tags, is a shitload of work and you never are able to key in all search phrases.

it gives you a choice wich fields should be included in search function, your product title, meta keywords description etc.
works like a charm
