Hello,
We are having a mysterious random problem. Some of the customers have been having some issues in the shopping cart. Some (or all) of the products what they place in the cart are duplicated, while they wanted to put only one of each. They can't deduct the amount later on, so either they buy 2 of each or they won't check out at all. We couldn't replicate it yet at our side, and what makes it more mysterious, is that sometimes just one or two products are duplicated.
We thought it could be a conflict between two extensions or between a module and Journal 3. (Opencart Version 3.0.3.1)
On one of the screenshot for example there is only one product which has been added twice. It's notable that the same products are never in one row, they are always under each other.

You can do the following steps to look for the issue (on staging) :
Disable each extension one by one, refresh modification files each time and look for the issue.
Set the theme to default and look for the issue.
Through this, you will able to find the source for an issue.
