I bought the Ask for Price + Ask a Question bundle and I am trying to install the opencart_3.0_fixes.ocmod extension but get the error "The directory admin/controller/event is not allowed to be written to! " Please assist.

It's unlikely anyone in the forums can help you with this. Contact the developer for support, they've likely bundled the extension incorrectly for OpenCart 3.0 (which only allows certain directories to be written to).

Thanks. I did reach out to the developer and he was very responsive. Issue has been resolved successfully. Excellent support.

Is that stupid protection from 3.x and there are 2 options

1. upload files using FTP
2. install an extension like this
