Hi,
I have 3+ and have enabled Downloads for some products.
I have received an order but their PayPal has been stalled until they give an email address so as far as I know the download was not done.
How do I know if anything was downloaded?
Thanks
oz

I'm sure it tells you somewhere in the admin how many times something was downloaded?

Was in 1.5.x
Not anymore since 2.x

So I wonder why that is no more in 2 or 3?
Surely it is basic to know if something was in fact downloaded when purchased.
Once he made his purchase, it went to PayPal but I don't know whether in fact he was able to download the zip file.
PayPal didn't give me his payment until the customer authorized something.
Obviously he did that as later, PayPal let me get the payment.
I then 'Completed' the purchase, but I still don't know whether he was able to get it then either.
Thank you for your help.
Help is always appreciated.

Because the whole logic has changed.

Exactly that (PayPal) was the reason, why I have developed a Plugin for one of my bigger extensions LEGAL when 2.x was published.

Whenever a dispute is opened, the shopowner can look when the user has downloaded the file (or not).
Additonally for prove PayPal that the custoner has downloaded.

If from interest, I could make an own extension for 3.x of it.
