Images in Image Manager are not displaying

Hi everyone,
I am trying to add a logo and favicon to my store.
I found the locations to upload it and have not been successful.

I have even checked the image size of which is set to 300000, dimensions. I have also checked allowed extensions and my image file types are all allowed.
I have issues where I upload them and they do not display.

I have an image attached of what I am seeing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by that? Did you upload the images manually or via the image manager?

Go to this path yourproject\admin\view\image and place logo image there with .PNG ext.

These are added in the OpenCart admin, what exactly is not successful?
