How do I enable the blue navigation bar again???

I was frustrated with how this whole entire thing works so I disabled the blue navigation bar earlier. I don't know where it is... Is it a module? A what?

Like seriously I am considering just paying $30 a month for shopify again because this is so difficult to use. It is easier to just code the entire website from scratch than use this tool it feels like. There should be a Theme Editor option and it should allow you to drag and drop items and edit it as you see it.

Whatever you did to disable it ... do it in reverse to bring it back
