Giant Featured Rich Snippets

I noticed recently on Google there are two new giant featured rich snippets, I mean massive.
One style is on the right of the google search and takes up probably 1/4 of the page, it's similar to how the "business page info" would appear.
Another style is at the top of the search, takes up about half of the page.
On mobile both will appear on the top.
They're not paid ads and they're not always associated with number 1 result, for example where my result is at the top, number two spot will have the giant snippet above my result.
I noticed most of my comptitors will have this giant rich snippets, however my site never does.
I'm not sure what these giant snippets are called....
I am wondering if there is any extentions for this or how to get them?
