problem with tab in admin

Hello,

Problem in admin, opencart installed via Softaculous.
All the tabs in admin are empty.

The tabs are present, but no text.

Code of the tab : <a href="#tab-seo" data-toggle="tab" aria-expanded="true"></a> for sample
As you can see there is nothing into the tab.
