Fatal error email oc3.0.3.1

Hi. I know that this topic has been raised in several forms but i cannot establish how it has been resolved if at all. Can anybody please advise if there is a solution to this exception below. I am able to send a marketing mail on the same server but cannot get the system to send the customer an order confirmation. Thank you. OC 3.0.3 1
