I need a redesign of Journal Theme.

Hi,

I have a really old opencart site and a lot manual work with some hard coding done on the site already. At the moment I am not looking to update my website, all I am looking for is a redesign the current theme which is Journal theme to a more modern look. Also arrange my categories where it is more user friendly.

I understand redesigning another theme is not an easy task.
If changing the theme of the website will NOT break my website, I will be willing to do so. (Of course, we can set demo to test)
If changing the theme of the website will BREAK my website, if you can fix it and all features works as it is intended that works for me as well.

Website is running on Opencart 1.5.6
Website is using Journal theme v.2.5.0-dev
