Buing product ONLY using points - OC modyfication needed.

Hello, I am starting multistore on OC. 3.x installed.
What I need is to simply create functionality that allows users to buy specific products in seceond shop with loyallty points ONLY.

First shop is a typical store with products that you can buy using real money. During that you earn points (every product has points). But in second shop you can order gifts/special products ONLY using points earned in the first one (shared customers of course betwen two shops to have an one account). Multistore is running on my test server. I made test order, so everything working, but need this extra functionality to restrict buying using points.
