Missing files and folders

Hello,

I'm running Opencart 3.0.2.0, sometimes I found there is missing folders and files (Admin folder, and some files from System folder), I keep uploading it, but it disappear again.

What could it be ? I checked the folders permission is 755 and files 644

Can you give me suggestions ?

Hi there,

Does your installation of OpenCart works? How are you uploading? With Filezilla or via cPanel file manager?

What Server OS you're using? And how do you upload files?

Your Store may stop working if there are missing files/errors.

Is your host running sort any malicious code detection? I've seen false positives causing files to be removed.

Might be a infected files issue, you can scan your code or upload the files again in server.

yes, suddenly contact form in contact page don't submit, it display an error. Discovered later that 2 related files disappeared. I upload it again, after few days disappeared again, and recently 1 complete folder disappeared.

What permissions should we apply to opencart folders and files ? Yesterday I changed VPS server, hope this will fix the issue.
