Really do not understand what you want??
What has a cookie with the performance to do?

I think he refers to this: https://www.keycdn.com/support/how-to-u ... ee-domains
In the case of OpenCart there is nothing much you can do to improve performance when it comes to the usage of cookies.
Sites like gtmetrix come up with all sorts of generic recommendations which you can safely ignore.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

There is nothing secret about this, and it really works, to peak up OC to it's best.
But I've sent him the Mod by PM, so, the problem should be solved by now, I assume.

Well, it's a while since, I've implemented the routines into my Source,
so, I had to search for in my archive ..., you can send me the 50 Bucks
by Bird-Mail .... :laugh:
It also depends on the OC Version and Extensions used, so, I created
a 'global' file, containing most all of the Links/Paths involved, some
links/paths may have to slightly be rewritten, to match diff. Versions
and Themes.
---
But it's NOT a working VqMod, just an assortment of, partly similar
working, but different Routines. So, DO NOT ADD THEM ALL, you'll
just have to find out, what matches your Code, and make sure, that the
SEARCH Line Content will exactly 'match' your Code 'Source', since my
Code is mainly written, to match 1.5.6.x Source, + partly lower Version
OC-2 type default Theme Content. It's VqMod-type Code !

Code: Select all

<search position="replace">
<add><![CDATA[
And to eventually make it work as OcMod, above 2 Lines need to look
like, by example:

Code: Select all

<search>
<add position="replace"><![CDATA[
Sorry, I know, that you know all this, :D but not everybody else, reading this, will too .... ::)

Good Luck! ;)
