Affiliate button is not displayed

Hi, I m so wonder about there is no button affiliate button in oc 3.0.2.0 , how would i enable the feature.

You can create a new customer group "Affiliate" and go to customer list . There you can see the the "+" icon click on that .
Then add customer "with customer group Affiliate" . Also, There will be a tab "Affiliate" on the customer add/edit page.
So basically all the customers/affiliate merged into one section.
