can any one recommend Best Cache module which is free for opencart 2.0
Well, not much exists for free, as you can find out in the Extension Section,
but different ways exist, to speed up a Stock Opencart, if you read around.

OpenCart itself doesn't need caching. It needs good indexing and healthy DB. Only in certain cases you might want to add DB query caching. For the rest you'd better use native PHP caching modules like ACP or Memcached.
