I have added categories and products to my store, im experimenting with the banners but im not getting desired results, i deleted all the demo cart so i cant see where what i want is located for editing.
I want to have the store front slideshow scrolling all my products, i enabled a banner but it keeps appearing in one of the product sections, which is ok but i want to get the top big banner going, what am i missing
You can chose from Design-->Layout where you want to display.

Then go to Design-->Layout, and edit Home layout, then Add ( + ) what you want on Content top and save.

You want to display Products as carousel/slideshow? Or images/banners as slideshow?
