The version is OpenCart 2.3.0.2
Hello, in the last few months I have taken over as the webmaster for the company website. I was unfamiliar with how OpenCart works and I have done my best to learn in order to update the website. However, there is one issue concerning the SEO URL option that has stumped me. Currently, the website www.enationalsupply.com is using non-SEO urls and it works fine in that customers are able to access products. When I enable SEO URLs in the settings, however, all of the pages aside from the homepage are unable to be accessed.

I have attempted to look through OpenCart's site and the forum for a solution but I am confused by the help. It mentions changing a file name, but when I took over as the webmaster I wasn't given any files or anything of the like that could be altered. I was just given access to the administration site of the company website. I am at a loss as to how to enable SEO URLs, does anyone have any advice on what to do? I am currently in the middle of double checking every SEO URL of every page to make sure they are all unique so I will update if the issue is solved after doing that.

Did you change the HTaccess file? See the following topic, http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=164531

That's the issue, I have no idea where the HTaccess file is or how to get to it. I have no files related to OpenCart, I was only given the website.

You have a file on FTP named .htaccess.txt ?
And if you don't see nothing, then go to Control Panel (you hosting), public_html then on right top you should have Settings.
Press on Settings and check Show hidden filles (dotfiles)

I'm assuming you don't mean control panel as in the Windows control panel, because I have search this computer and have found no files. I have no idea where to even look for the public_html file.

Right, they mean this control panel (cPanel) http://enationalsupply.com:2082/ You need to get the log in credentials for that. To get those you will need to contact your host if no one else in the company has them which seems to be https://www.siteground.com/ but there is no way for me to know for sure. Once in there you can use file manager to download, backup and change files.
If you don't have the logins to the cPanel don't guess. You will get locked out.
Maybe search the PC for something about siteground, might be a text file with a user and password on it.
