problem with pop-up product image

Hello,
I've seen that if I click on main image, this is opening as pop-up but without posibillity to go to the next one.
If I click on a image bellow, that is opening in a new page and I must return after to product page to see the other one.

Because theme is this

Check if you have some Theme Options.

yes, theme used is Vigoss from Pavo Themes, but I downloaded the version from their website with OC included in intallation files, and my version is OC 2.3.0.2
I've searched in Theme control panel, and I solved the problem with opening images in a new page. Now they open as pop-up in the same page, but without function to go to the next image / previous image. To preview images, I must click on each one of them

Pavo Themes is one of those vendors, I would not use .. several issues since a few years with different templates.
But to keep it short: ask Pavo to fix that, doubt me you will get help here.

No, to be honest: no recommendation because until today I have not seen any template which is really a template!
Why?
Because in my opinion a template should be a template and not an overloaded somethingwhat with x modules in it!
But maybe someone else can recommend a template?
Otherwise use your preferred search engine - basically all 2.3.x templates have to be responsive.

And one tip (goes to all who is reading this here): always install the shop with original code from here: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=cms/download
And install after the finished and complete installation the template.
Why?
You never know - maybe someone changed important and/or sensible functions .. ?!
