If you simply want to show "Low stock" on product page, then just do some minor edits to your template. Check for quantity and display the warning, when it reaches certain number.

Oh, sorry, I missed that. Well, I have a reminder extension, but it doesn't check for product quantity and mostly server for reminding about orders, not products. Still, this kind of functionality isn't too hard to implement and you can always ask for custom job, if extension you're looking for doesn't exist.
