I'm have trouble with REALLY slow loading on my website and want to find a freelancer to help me deal with this asap. I've found it difficult to find freelancers knowledgable in opencart. I've tried upwork and toptal (who did my original site). Has anyone used any of the resources under open cart resources? Any other suggestions out there in open cart world? Would love to connect with someone that can trouble shoot when necessary.

I addition to a few 'common' things, posted multiple times around here already.
But you did not mention, what you use on OC Version and Theme, and it also
heavy depends on your Hoster as well, so, please place a link to your site at least,
to let other test it out.

my site is www.getdressed2.com. version 2.1.0.1 with a template from template monster . Site was done about 3 years ago and hasn't always been a problem. My hosting company said images need to be optimized, caching was right, a few things. I optimized homepage images and still seems to get hung up. They also recently moved me to another server so hard to tell if it's them as well. 
Just check below, to find out easy, what still needs to be done, to hopefully
get up about 20+ Percent-Points for both Values shown. Butyou seem to use
OC for a good while already, and you did not care much about this Forum
here, as it looks, in order to act as part of this Community, so, you might be
better off, to get a Pro, I assume, since it takes some time, to make it all work
perfect.

Thanks IP_CAM for your replies and info. I was indeed looking for a professional, that is what my post was about. I've not really had too many issues with my site until recently, although I have participated in the forums for small questions. I do use GTmetrix and there are some issues, that are just beyond my fixing. On that note, one of the "issues" is scaling my photos to a recommended 270x270. that's absurd unless I'm missing something. Again, None of this was exactly a problem for the past 2 years. Anyway, thank for all the advice and to those of you who posted that I could reach out to them, I will indeed reach out to you.
