Sure, by use of the Admin DB Backup Function, you can download the
Database Content. And after you installed a new OpenCart, you could RESTORE
the downloaded Database-Content into the new Shop DB.
But it will NOT work on HTTPS only, as long as you use different Settings,
by NOT following this advise:
HTTPS_SERVER and HTTPS_CATALOG is BOTH defined as “https://” instead of “http://”
like shown here:
