In OpenCart, the "Sub-Total" Order Total should ALWAYS best first, and the "Total" Order Total should ALWAYS be last. Otherwise you may get calculation errors, which is the reason it's not working in your case.

- Shipping
- Subtotals
- coupons
- Taxes
- Totals

Btw, seems that the subtotal is not showing it's order

The middle line items generally don't matter, but I usually suggest this order so that Taxes get added correctly:

Sub-Total
Shipping
Coupon
other fees/discounts
Taxes
Total
