img in caroussel lightbox redirecting to homepage: img src unknown

Hi All,
I got this problem with the img caroussel on Product page. I uploaded 10 images but when I visit the product page one image is added with img src unknown. When I open lightbox caroussel and scroll through images once it reaches the added image with src unknown the lightbox is redirected to the homepage.

I'm using version: Versie 2.3.0.2
template: CosyOne

When I check template for products there are two errors:

Notice: Undefined variable: entry_position in /home/site/domains/domain.com/public_html/admin/view/template/design/layout_form_cosyone.tpl on line 79

Notice: Undefined variable: entry_sort_order in /home/site/domains/domain.com/public_html/admin/view/template/design/layout_form_cosyone.tpl on line 80

anybody got a clue how to fix this? Dont know if errors and the redirecting are related?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this theme is nog longer supported by the developer. I dont really want to get another theme yet as its been a long way to get where we are now. It's just this issue now we want to fix but can't find any info on it.

Then post in commercial topic.
That theme isn`t free to Download and play with.
