Normaly opencart do not supoort to insert html to attributes , i read some post And i see it is possible to insert And display html in attributes on oc 2x. But on oc 3.x i do not Find some guidance for this

Thanks, so what you need to do is run the output through html_entity_decode() before it gets to the template. If that makes no sense to you then you should get a developer from Commercial Support to do this for you.
