Hi everybody,

I got a shop for children clothes (https://shop.naranjacloud.co.uk) and I would like to have some hits from Google search. But the problem is that not even putting "naranja cloud" in Google the shop appears, only the blog, Facebook page and other things. Therefore searching for any other terms about children clothes, where the competition is far, far harder, it's impossible to get any possible result.

I have redirected https://www.naranjacloud.co.uk and https://naranjacloud.co.uk (and their non-ssl variants) to https://shop.naranjacloud.co.uk using the 301 rule: RewriteRule (.*) https://shop.naranjacloud.co.uk/$1 [R=301,L]

I submitted to Google Search Console all the variants or URL and the sitemap: https://shop.naranjacloud.co.uk/index.p ... le_sitemap

I don't know what else I can do and I am a little bit desperate, so any help is always welcome.

Thanks,
Nacho

First a question, why did you place your shop in a subdomain ?
a subdomain will never rank as good as the main domain, move shop to main domain.

next work on your content, make sure you have keyword rich content, make sure each product description is far more better than what your competitors have, search for same product, see wich sites comes up with great rankings, and make sure your product description is just better rhan theirs.
make sure product title is apealing, meta tags are filled in, use tags to add relevant keywords that actually will improve rankings as well.

next patience, it will take considreble time before a fresh site will get some ranking, keep working on product descriptions, add products, let google know youre site is active and alive and eventualy you will get there.

It's not cross-browser compatible. here I can not add a screenshot of google analytics. otherwise, I will show you how its lose my 20,000 sales.
*************
1. Before Installing this extension my "checkout/checkout" page vs "checkout/success" page ratio is 100 / 90
2. After Instaling? it is 100 / 64
3. I have lost 26% Sales.
**** Reason of losing sales *****
1. Opera Mini browser does not support: according to google play store? 100 Million people use opera mini. mean If our visitor visit from this kind of any browser ? we have to lose them.
2. Sometimes its its take time to update "confirm order" part of the checkout page. some water drop kind of animation we can see there. and take much time to update the price or other things here based on shipping charge, payment fee or other.
please visit on this link & watch the video till end to know what is the probelm

And Please also open a website on opera mini. and visit on checkout page.

*****Suggestion*******
Please try to make this cross-browser compatible. if it not possible? than add a script to detect broweser and if it found opera mini or similar ? auto disable this extension. let visitor fill the default opencart checkout order form.

If you want to do things right, rent a SEO company and let them work on your site for a year. Then compare the differences in turnover and understand if you can afford the SEO luxury.

First thing first disable the extension you don't have to lose your sales and money since the issue is there
Second ask the developer to settle the problem and then clean install it
