500 error upgrading from 2.3.0.2. to 3.0.2. - help (live)

I upgraded the opencart following this instructions http://docs.opencart.com/en-gb/upgrading/

I disabled all extensions, I also disabled a journal theme. My site was running through cloudflare. I didn't disable anything there. I also had SSL certificate.

After migration was complete the site keeps redirecting me to https... nothing happened..

I now disabled cloudflare (pause), set SSL to off, changed the nameserves and deleted the ssl in cpanel.

Nothing happened except 500 error. I can not proceed with install.

The.com page isn’t working

xx.com is currently unable to handle this request.

I have to mention I am doing this on live version. I do have a backup. Can you please someone help me out with what could be wrong?

oh >:( I forgot to disable SSL in admin before upgrading.. is that an issue?

this error xx.com/cp_errordocument.shtml (port 443) is regarding SSL.. so I uploaded it again in cpanel.. but without using cloudflare at all (still on pause)

h e l p I need to get this site in action in a couple of hours

what could be wrong if I disabled everything?

If you'll do that in speed time, I have a another job for you - increasing my page speed limit in .htaccess and placing images outside the public_html files so I can increase speed of my website. And If you'll do that in very fast speed time (that(s few clicks and we all know it) I am going to give you a third job updating my second website with the exact same procedure.
