Information Page Forms

Hi, I am new to OpenCart and am using OpenCart 3.0.2.0. I'm trying to add some custom coded forms via the editor within the Information pages, however, when I save, the <form> tags are removed, which means the forms will not work.

Please could you advise as to how I can get these forms to work - whether there is a way to get them to work via the editor, or an extension that would work.
