Help upgrading "Options Quantity for select and checkbox option type" extension.

Need help updating an extension. My client is running this extension: "Options Quantity for select and checkbox option type" on his older site which is OpenCart v1.5.6 to offer upsells via options. The extension can be found here: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=12116

I did purchase another copy and there are only 3 included files:
catalog> view> javascript> number-polyfill.css AND number-polyfill.min.js (1 css file and one JS file. )
vqmod> xml> options_quantity.xml (one file)

My clients new store is OpenCart v3.0.2.0 with Journal3 theme installed. I would like to get this module working on my clients new store, but just don't have the skills to make this happen. Am looking for some assistance.
