Hello
My problem is this seller

I purchased the Stripe plugin direct from their website, as they told me I will get 20% off if I buy directly from their website.

The plugin has issues and not working with my Journal plugin
The support is HORRIBLE
They are IGNORING all my emails.
I KNOW they are reading them, as I placed a beacon on my email.
Also, I know they are reading the comments, as they are deleting them.
They are NOT getting back to me
They are DELETING my negative comments on OpenCart (How is this allowed? )
I would like OpenCart to get involved and help me get my refund and report them and leave a negative 1 star.
They SHOULD NOT be allowed to sell on this beautiful platform

I have been a member for over 2 years and NEVER seen such unprofessional seller

Please advise. Thanks

Just start a dispute in PayPal and settle your issues there. Forum isn't the right place for it.

Paid via card . Not PayPal.
I will contact the bank, but the seller will get charged a Charge Back fee...

Please make sure you contact the OpenCart team --- this seller has already been in trouble before for faking reviews, so hopefully this will help get them banned:

Unfortunately, if you purchased directly through them then the OpenCart team can't help with a refund, but contacting your bank to file a chargeback should work. Frankly, if the seller isn't responding to support requests and the extension doesn't work, then they deserve the chargeback fee.

If you need to find a Stripe extension that works, and has good support, mine was the first and is still the best:

His name on OpenCart marketplace use to be RedRocket or something. I tried his extension then and had problems with it too. Since then his original account and extension have been deleted and he is using a new account under the name OpenPayments with the same extensions as before....

I do not recommend buying from third party websites unless they are well known in the community. Opening a PayPal dispute for digital goods may not work since digital goods are not fully protected by PayPal.

Anyway, I would recommend getting Clear Thinking's Stripe extension. IMHO, it is the most well built and well supported Stripe extension on the OpenCart marketplace.

If you wish to support Apple Pay as well, get his Pro version: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=31211. It's worth the money, and I always have my clients purchase his Stripe extension rather than those cheaper ones out in the market which isn't well tested.
