Opencart active processes

My web-host have told me i have a lot of active processes on my site thats the reasons the site load page is slow how do i find out where all the processes are coming from

Well, nobody is keeping you from finding out about, just go ahead, nobody
else would be able to, since you left not even a Site URL, to enable others, to
check your Baby on the several Site test Engines available on the Web. But I am
quite sure, that you also installed all those shiny Linking Mods all over the place,
redirecting to other Sites, to meaningly look and be linked like very pro.
