V3.0.2.0 tab and tab text invisible in admin. RESOLVED.

Am I the only one without text on admin tab?
And I see only the first tab on all the pages.
I could click all tabs but no text and only the first tab is visible.

This generally happens when using an old language file with newer version of opencart and the languages aren't translating. Are you using another language pack or was this an upgrade by chance?

This is not an upgrade. It is brand new installation V3.0.2.0 with French Pack V3.x

Resolved!
Free French pack translate only user side.
So admin side has to be set to English here:
System>setting>Local>Administration Language>English
