[SOLVED] Site Locked Incorrect Language Change

I placed the folders for a language change in the WRONG place and then made that language the default admin language and default catalog language. I now can not see anything just a blank screen, both admin and shop, and have no way to get in to change the language back to english. I have now put the new language files in the correct location but that does not help. How do I unlock my site?

Changed the language to Russian. Is there some file that I can edit to fix this up?

Go to phpMyAdmin open your databases, in Table setting, find
config_admin_language and config_language.
change the value ru to en.
